All major infrastructure in this State has been ruined. Health, Education, Transport....... Lets not get into recent "troubles" with numerous Ministers (who seem to be there in the trouble zone regularly). Not only are we the most expensive State in the country we are working are way up the rankings on an international scale. Lib or Labour voter, it is time for a change, and sadly as I write this we still have another 3 years of this. What will be left I ask? Morris Iemma has taken an already deteriorating State (at the hands of Bob Carr) and made it worse. Affordability in NSW is at an all time low, people are leaving in flocks. Who can blame them. NSW is expensive, particularly recently if compared to the rest. Stamp Duty, housing? Whoa! Who wants to spend the rest and I mean the rest of their life paying off their $500,000-$700,000 mortgage and thats without the legals or stamp duty. Forget about building, the land and legal costs will be closer to the lesser on the mortgage than anywhere else, but before you lay the first brick!
